📋 2025 CyFun Major Changes
- Organization: Controls now organized by NIST CSF 2.0 functions (IDENTIFY, PROTECT, DETECT, RESPOND, RECOVER and the new GOVERN)
- Governance Focus: New Governance (GV.*) requirements introduced and new special 'Governance Measures'
- Structure Change: From single file with 3 levels to 3 separate files (BASIC, IMPORTANT, ESSENTIAL)

🔄 What This Tool Does
- Detects which level (BASIC/IMPORTANT/ESSENTIAL) you completed in your CyFun 2023 assessment (v2025-10-21) and analyzes your assessment's completion status
- Maps your existing 2023 data to the 2025 assessment file: documentation score, implementation score, comment and assessor comment
- Adds two extra sheets: the first with deleted measures from the 2023 version (with scores and comments), the second with information about the conversion
- Generates the official CyFun 2025 Assessment file (v2025-10-21) for download
- Provides a validator to verify that all assessed measures in your CyFun 2023 assessment are in the CyFun 2025 assessment
